An outstanding member of the local community, Rachell currently serves as a board member for the Coalition Against Rape and Abuse (C.A.R.A.) and is at the helm of the RED ALERT INITIATIVE, helping provide financial assistance, legal aid, and confidential shelters to victims and survivors of rape and abuse.
Rachell founded Red Alert in 2014 and has made it her life’s work to advocate for victims and survivors of rape, abuse and domestic violence. She has since helped hundreds of women in the United States and the Philippines find beauty in their ashes.
Since moving to New Jersey in 2013, Rachell has continuously searched for ways to positively impact her community, and has been awarded the UNICEF Humanitarian Award, Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Humanitarian Award, Middle Township Mayor’s Hometown Heroes award, Senate & General Assembly Commendation Award, and the New Jersey Congressional Award for her many years of charitable work.
The Newly Crowned Ms. Queen of the World 2023 was also recognized as Queen of Congeniality as voted by contestants, and Queen of Fashion for her wardrobe couture by designers from the Philippines, Thailand, and United States.
As Ms. Queen of the World 2023, Rachell hopes to use her platform to provide support to victims and survivors of rape and abuse. She also hopes to expand the Queen of the World pageant system to the Philippines; creating a true international pageant that gives women around the world the opportunity to showcase their heart’s passion for helping others.
