Trinity Pearson is a dynamic leader, speaker, and author whose passion for purpose-driven impact has distinguished her both on and off the stage. Currently serving as Elite Queen of the World 2026, Trinity embodies grace, confidence, and intentional leadership, using her platform to teach women to step boldly into their calling. 

She currently resides in Tennessee with her husband of 21 years, and their 2 daughters.

A dedicated scholar, Trinity earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and went on to receive her Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. Her academic journey was fueled by determination and excellence, with much of her education funded through scholarships she earned while competing in pageantry—an experience that shaped her discipline, resilience, and commitment to personal growth. She has held numerous titles in her pageant journey, including Mrs USA Queen Of The World, Mrs Tennessee America and Mrs Tennessee International to name a few. 

Professionally, Trinity is a Certified Life Coach and pageant consultant who empowers women to discover their identity, refine their voice, and lead with authenticity. Through her coaching, she equips clients with the tools to build confidence, communicate effectively, and present themselves with purpose—whether on stage, in business, or in everyday life. She is also the author of “The Queen’s Code: Five Keys to Success On and Off the Stage” and workbook “Called to Thrive: Your Purpose Defined,” resources designed to help women gain clarity, cast vision, and walk confidently in their purpose.

At the heart of Trinity’s work is her platform centered on vision, identity, and intentional living. She believes that when women understand who they are and why they are here, they unlock the power to lead meaningful, impactful lives. Through speaking engagements, mentorship, and community involvement, she is committed to helping others move from uncertainty to clarity and from potential to purpose.
