Bobbi has also been recognized for her achievements, receiving the "Top 40 Under 40" and "Most Professional Women Of The Year" awards. Beyond the accolades, Bobbi is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

Through her initiative, Operation Dignity, she has provided over 5,000 individuals experiencing homelessness with essential resources such as meals, haircuts, hot showers, and dignity bags. Her Bussin Beauty program instills makeup skills, self-love, and kindness in underserved teenagers. Furthermore, her Money Mindset program has empowered over 6,000 students and 180 African women with the knowledge and tools to budget, pursue their dreams, and become micro-entrepreneurs.
